Tracy came to us with a professional comprehensive plan from presale through closing; including help determining the asking price, staging the home for showings, and a marketing campaign that included digital and along with traditional marketing. We received a full asking price offer 5 days after listing. Tracy is simply the best! Looking for a house was one of the most stressful things my husband and I have ever done, but it was much easier knowing that she was there every step of the way. I would highly recommend Tracy as your realtor. I was moving from across the country and she made it as easy as possible. Tracy started sending me homes to look at online before I came to TN to look in person. We quickly narrowed down what I was looking for and purchased my new home before returning to my old home to pack up for the next 2 months. Tracy kept in contact with me with photos and updates for the next 2 months until we met up again and then she was by my side for the last 2 busy weeks of closing on my new home. She was the best! Months before we sold our home in Anchorage, AK, we met with Tracy where she helped us to refine the home we needed in Tennessee. Tracy is one of a kind — an advocate, teacher, and counselor who is meant to sell real estate!
